Fountain Inn Salad
Mixed green salad served with chicken salad, broccoli salad, fresh fruit and a fresh baked blueberry muffin.
Chicken, Apple and Goat Cheese Salad
Warm grilled chicken breasts, sliced apples, goat cheese and candied walnuts on a bed of our salad mix. Served with our balsamic vinaigrette and Mary’s crackers
Hot Chicken Salad
White meat chicken, diced celery, onions and water chestnuts, with special sauce and crunchy topping. Served with broccoli salad and biscuit.
BBQ Chicken Quesadilla
Chicken, monterey jack cheese, smoked gouda, diced red peppers, red and green onions and Mary’s BBQ sauce. Served with side of BBQ ranch and garden salad.
Spinach and Portabella Ravioli
Our seasonal ravioli is stuffed with roasted portabella mushrooms and spinach blended with mozzarella, provolone, parmesan cheese, garlic and black pepper. Lightly dressed with pesto cream sauce and served with a french roll and garden salad.
